As Brexit rounds the corner, there’s talk among food businesses that we could experience a severe shortage of salads and vegetables. Not great for healthy eaters or anyone generally.

As part of my healthy eating regime, tonight I had carrots and houmous (hummus) for dinner. Super healthy it is, but I wish the pack had more of the golden stuff. I can’t get enough of it.
