As Brexit rounds the corner, there’s talk among food businesses that we could experience a severe shortage of salads and vegetables. Not great for healthy eaters or anyone generally.
Make ’em like Margheritas – in only 10 minutes. Cheers to Luiz and Maria for their inspirational conversation that helped me set up this post.

Registering joy with some tasty breakfasts in equally tasty pans.
Just started my second week off work. Decided to go out for a haircut then a quick trip to the Tesco Express at the Greengate junction to do the weekly food shop. Once I got to the self-service till, all hell broke loose. First I discovered one item was split open , so had to run off to get a replacement. I came back to realise stupidly that I’d left my wallet on the till unattended. Whoops!. Then one of the shopping bags broke at the handle, so I had to buy a couple more, cos lots of shopping… Then the 50 pence piece I put into the machine jammed and the staff nearly forgot to give me the change from the bags. Thanks God I’m home now
The animation you see here was made from a photograph of a cabbage sliced in half. The Spirals are a trace of the way the energy was moving as the cabbage plant grew.

I found this little banner advert GIF while doing research on tomato suppliers and buyers for a company I consult for. It’s advertising the Fresh Business Expo taking place this year in Ukraine.
