I live in a houseshare, so sometimes here on weekends, there’s a bit of a queue for the laundry. My downstairs housemate is doing two loads of clothes and god-knows-what-else, so I’m in for a long wait

Today I’m off from work, and used the opportunity to get some laundry done. It’s a tough deal getting hold of the washing machine in our rented house, what with the landlord’s girlfriend constantly ‘hogging’ it to wash all manner of towels, bedclothes and, yes heaven forbid, underwear. Sometimes I’m left as frustrated as the white good featured in the GIF above.
