Despite having a 9-year-old niece, I can only tie up the most basic of ponytails. But this spinning method might just work.

I’m making very good progress on my diet. I now weigh just over 88 kilos, and am closing in on a waist size of 38 inches. What this means is my current selection of belts no longer fit so I’ve had to spend some punching in new holes further down each belt to accommodate my shrinking middle. Crazy!
