If you’re a regular in Gifville, and you’re feeling a bit of deja vu seeing this GIF of a man stacking it on a treadmill, don’t fret. We featured a very similar GIF last year on the post “More treadmill disasters“.
I nearly suffered a similar mishap myself only a couple of weeks ago while at a gym in Ilford. No I wasn’t dancing on it, promise. It was caused by the distraction visited upon me by a falling hand towel. Seriously. Stop laughing.

Gym thing
Well, for the first time in my life, I went for a workout session at the local gym, activeNewham’s Balaam Leisure Centre. It was intense and super sweaty. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, at variable speeds. Following that, I did a few minutes on the pedal machines and the rest of my 1-hour session on the bikes. Goodbye spare kilos.
