Gym thing

 

Well, for the first time in my life, I went for a workout session at the local gym, activeNewham’s Balaam Leisure Centre. It was intense and super sweaty. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, at variable speeds. Following that, I did a few minutes on the pedal machines and the rest of my 1-hour session on the bikes. Goodbye spare kilos.
