Dentistry at the Abbey Arms
Today I had an appointment at the Abbey Arms Dental Practice in Plaistow. The receptionist was cute and the dentist knew her stuff. I got some advice on brushing and it turns out a slight ache I was having in one of my molars may be due to a receded gum, and thankfully not tooth decay. I got some miniature sensitive toothpaste products in the bargain as well as my teeth being cleaned.
