Xmas fibre optic roses – a little early!

Yes, Christmas is still three months away, and we haven’t seen Diwali yet, but this rose with its fibre optic-style shift in colours was not something I could keep wrapped up until the 25th, so enjoy this early gift.

Sunflower Burst: Zoom Shift – Sacred Geometry

This gif is an exploration in color shifting my spiral experiments. The original piece features spheres that are arranged to approximate the golden ratio – inspired by the sunflower. Make sure to stare into the center! If you would like to be the first to see my newest art please go to my website and sign up for my list at the bottom of any page.

Flower of Life over Double Spiral √2 Pattern: Shift – Sacred Geometry

It is a digital manipulation of a mixed media painting that explores the ratio 3:8. It is a simple but interesting ratio. One of my favorite things is to juxtapose different patterns to find the third pattern that is created.

Flower of Life II: Shift – Sacred Geometry

This color shifting GIF features an ink and colored pencil piece. The flower of life is woven from a web of identical circles; it defines simple ratios geometrically as well as more complex numbers such as √2, √3, and √5.
