My mum wanted me to print off a digital copy of an old photo of a deceased relative at work, but the work PC wouldn’t allow me to print to the colour printer. So instead I found Photobox on the internet and had a framed picture made of the uncle’s image, printed on genuine photographic paper. Genius move!!

I’ll be a Santa Claus, because I get to eat all the (mince) pies! This GIF came courtesy of a Xmas-themed email from U.K. supermarket Sainsbury’s in November 2017.

On the 15th June 2017, the GIF (those animated things that keep Gifville’s lights turned on) celebrated 30 years since it was devised by Steve Wilhite, of the US early computing firm CompuServe. Since then they have gone from strength to strength.
To celebrate this special milestone, Gifville will be releasing special #30YearsofGIFs pieces featuring the first GIFs to go viral. Up above is one of a series of GIFs made by GIPHY Studios to mark 30 years of dancing bananas and stuff. This one features Internet sensation Logan Paul.
