From phone chargers to charging critters

As the Gifville energy crisis of 2015 began to bite, ingenious locals soon devised new ways to keep their appliances switched on without plugging into the grid. Local amateur scientist Haim Ster, from Israel, enlisted the help of his pet hamster Sari and her wheel to keep his phone on the blink. Clever man!

This little fishy…

This is a 3D model of a fish with various decals I created using the newest incarnation of MS Paint back in August. Reminds me of those plastic fish you can buy from convenience stores, but this one is way cooler.

Personalised Pez

Why bother with a boring, run-of-the-mill, ‘everyone-else-does-it-too’ paper CV when you can sweeten up your potential employer while making them feel oh-so nostalgic. Turn your CV into a specially packaged Pez dispenser with your aesthetically-pleasing mug on it. Available in a choice of flavours and styles, this CV/candy combo will be sure to get your phone ringing off the hook and set your sorry jobless broke ass apart from the other down-and-outs. Send a cheque for £250.00 and a recent passport photo and paper CV to: Jobcentre PEZ, PO Box L33T, Gifville, WordPressLand. Also works for bribing recruitment agents.

LIX

This is no ordinary pen. It’s the Lix 3D pen, which enables you to draw thin 3D structures from a flexible plastic straight in the air as easy as drawing a picture with a biro. It is in high demand by all sorts from architects to artists. I extracted this GIF from an email I received at work.

My flexible friend

Today in the post I got my new Lloyds Bank Platinum Mastercard. I don’t really need a credit card, but using one once or twice a month will help boost my credit score. This is the first one I’ve had in about 6 years.
