My Mum is in Mauritius right now, and she sent me a photo of a photo. But not just any photo. It’s a photo of me and her, when I was around 6 months old. A picture I last saw more than 10 years ago. I don’t have any other baby photos so getting this made my day. But that’s not all. An aunt will possibly get a physical copy made, one which I can treasure forever and hopefully show to my own kids one day. Thanks a tonne, Mum 🙂 !!

My mum wanted me to print off a digital copy of an old photo of a deceased relative at work, but the work PC wouldn’t allow me to print to the colour printer. So instead I found Photobox on the internet and had a framed picture made of the uncle’s image, printed on genuine photographic paper. Genius move!!

The London Eye and surrounding buildings in a night time lapse. This post was influenced by a screensaver of the London skyline that appeared and welcomed me to the GifVille laptop just now after I finished my dinner and laundry.
