Can’t fool around with the rent!

 

Today may be April Fool’s Day, but getting the rent paid is no laughing matter. Just finished my rent admin, so luckily my continued roof over the head isn’t about to go in some cruel prank played by life.

Snuffy, the cute seal who captured the hearts of an entire country is released into the wild after recovering in vet clinic. Unfortunately, nature there and then decides that Snuffy can’t escape the inevitable so easily.

Well, it is Valentine’s Day tomorrow, so coincidentally I’ve pulled out this GIF-video from the archives of a CNN live news clip concerning the collapse of Lehman Brothers which preceded the Credit Crunch. The two men in the background don’t seem to care that the financial world is teetering on the brink of collapse and instead engage in a steamy PDA for the cameras. As professional as ever, reporter Allan Chernoff doesn’t even bat an eyelid. Phwoar!!
