For dinner today, my gym session this morning motivated me to eat healthy, so I had chicken with a whole bag of wild rocket, a slightly bitter tasting leaf with only 27 calories per packet. No chopping required for the leaves.

Here in the UK, our weather is famous for one constant thing. Rain. As much as I hate getting caught in it, it is calming to see water gently plopping and running down a misty window, safe in the knowledge that you’re not getting drenched this time round.
