All aboard the Roflcopter – for laughs rolling around the floor at other people’s expense. The term is a 2000’s era superlative, a sort of aviation-flavoured suffixing of the textspeak acronym ROFL (rolling on the floor laughing) to indicate a heightened sense of mirth.
