A backwards flip that defies all sense of gravity. Just the way he slotted through that little square gap in the mat ‘fort’ is just astounding. My fat ass would just end up sprawled all over the floor… or in a hospital bed.

Gymming

 

Just today, I signed up for a gym membership with active Newham at the Balaam Leisure Centre down the road. I do need to lose some weight, so I’m sure this will help! Time to become a gym bunny, but I’ll leave the gymnastics to someone else.
