A glib reference to a notorious incident involving R&B singer R Kelly in 2002, where he was the subject of a tape. In the controversial tape, he was shown sleeping with and urinating on an underage female. Whether the video was true or not, R Kelly has become a bad vibe in the music industry due to the many allegations of rape and other sexual crimes against him.
