For nearly two months now, I’ve been dieting to combat the pot belly and flab that comes with being a thirtysomething who eats not that healthily. Now I eat less than 1,650 calories per day, go gym on weekends and in the past two weeks alone I’ve shed 3.8 kg (8.4 lbs). I’m looking to drop to around 85-90 kilos from my current weight of just over 106 kg. Wish me all the best.
