Here in the UK, our weather is famous for one constant thing. Rain. As much as I hate getting caught in it, it is calming to see water gently plopping and running down a misty window, safe in the knowledge that you’re not getting drenched this time round.

I love the gif. I am considered weird because red hot summer days are totally not my thing. I like rain (Indoors when it drums against the window.) and would prefer to be cold. At least you can warm up but it ain’t so easy to cool down in summer.
That’s why I am glad I live in the UK. Snow would be nice too but it’s rare down in the south east.

Thank you so much Phil. I’m the same too…like sunny days but not when it is really hot and humid, that’s the worse. I hate sweating and feeling stuffy and would prefer it cool, even cold sometimes.
What part of the south-east are you from? I’m in London (the urban heat island, as geographers would term it
)

Oh cool. Interestingly yesterday I wrote an article on my other blog about a new entertainment resort that’s being opened in the Swancombe peninsula/Ebbsfleet area in 2020. Another strange coincidence 😀
